★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designs are good, but unfortunately they are the only good thing there. The quality is dreadful. I bought 3 dresses out of which 2 have worn out after just one wear. In one of them the stiching has worn out and in the other one the color has faded. When pointed out to the staff they were not willing to take onus of it and did nothing to help, until of course I threatened them about writing a bad review on Google. I'm absolutely disappointed with the service and would not recommend any one to ever visit the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard good about it. However I didn't find the collection to my taste. Out of hundreds of dresses, I liked just 2, that too were over expensive. The 2 I liked were not expectional as well. Would not recommend the place. Asopalav & Aishwarya are better options over it. The staff doesn't assist you much. All in all, from collection to service huge room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I bought lehenga from your shop but havent Collected yet Till date, nobody in your staff is bothered To check and call for Delivery. Itz been Two months my lehenga is lying at your shop. Pathetic services. I have paid full amount for my dress. I want full refund.
After posting a feedback they call n behave very Rudely Behavior by the staff n least bothered To chk with the customer n a staright statement we dont call you for delivery . the Delivery date is written in the Bill. after Selling least bothered if customer Has not picked Their product on Delivery date. they dont have system To track Delivery orders and contact Numbers of the customer. when feedback is posted they call n show aan attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t shop anything from this store. First they sale you some really expensive outfits with the promise of that they will make the alterations and give it back to you on time. But then the real picture of their customer service begins. The alteration time they give you is of 2 months even that you accept and after 2.5 months you take a follow up of your outfit alterations they say that they require more time as they decide ki “aapko kaha jaldi hai yeh outfit pehne ki” thn you decide what to wear for functions as per the store convenience. After that they give you a new deadline and you again take a follow up of it & the store manager tell you that the outfit is ready and you mate pick it up from the store. But here the story doesn’t end up, after 15 mins you get a call from the tailor of the store that no the outfit is not ready yet. Once it will be ready i will call you and if you dont trust me i can show you the process of your outfit over a video call. So basically I am still awaiting for my piece to get altered from the store since 3 months & as they decided i am not in a hurry to wear it in any of the important functions. So yes all the important functions are over, but the dress is not ready yet. So, don’t ever go to this store who doesn’t respect the customer’s requirements. They run the business on their terms and they are only sweet to you when you’re buying some hell expensive dresses from their store.
