Besides, they did not complete the work though paid in full. They missed to fix hooks to shutters and they did not show up to fix in following three weeks.
The shutters with hooks screetches in wind because of faulty fixing.
They missed primary delivery and fixing day set by themselves and delayed installation by two days.
Very poor performance all together.

Compared to other options in the market, their price is reasonable and they had the intention to do job any how.
They lacked in experience of labor seasons and emergency production and delivery management.
Also, they did not clean the worksite.
They still need to go a long way to meet hundred percent professionalism.
