★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been long time customers of this shop. They have good collection of furniture and the madam who manages shop is knowledgeable too. This review is regarding the behaviour the male owner of this shop (her husband) and staff had with us.
Firstly there is no price tagging on any product, they tell prices (increased) as per your liking and then offer you some discount. After purchasing entire furniture of our house from them, we again visited their shop on 26/Dec/2019 to look for a dining room closet. We liked one and asked for price and we were quoted 19.5K. That day we planned to buy it on new year so today we went to purchase it. When we directly asked for the price of the same product we were quoted 21.5k. To our surprise, I told staff that pls call madam coz we were quoted less for the same thing but he acted rudely as if we asked something for free! When complained to the male owner of the shop and asking to call madam several times, This male owner took side of his staff and said “itne ka hi hai,”lena hai to lo”. I said that this is not the way to talk to a customer who has purchased almost ₹3 lac worth of furniture already from you but to my dismay he not only behaved rude but abused me in front of staff and my wife also while shouting continuously.
Then later madam on the phone said that the product is worth 22.5k. When she came, I told her the story. Though this was my last and final visit to this store.
So the worst thing abt this shop is that their price quotations changes if you like some product. You will never know what actual and right price should have been.
Tip never interact with anyone in the shop if the madam is not there, coz her husband is short tenpered and does not know the prices or the way to talk to customers.-
