★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a PAYING GUEST ROOM for students studying in AAKASH INSTITUTE, SOUTH KOLKATA. It provides you with a two-bedded or four-bedded room with half of an normal almira to accommodate all your belongings, 24 hrs running water and aqua-guard is there for safe drinking water. Food would be provided for 3 times (breakfast at 9am, lunch at 2pm and dinner at 10pm).
Place is very close to aakash study centre and ambience is good. But you may suffer concentration disturbance during studying as students here wont be that studious and those with very serious intentions to crack NEET usually dont rent PG, rather rent two rooms where they live with their parents (it is the best way to study). Moreover food provided is not that good and renting money is pretty high w.r.to the standards of the room and service provided.
Over all it is good place but there are better options open too.
