★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. They will overcharge for the services compare to other service centres (reason -because they provide a manual bill rather than the system-generated bill). It's my advise don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst service centre. The receptionist sitting outside in particular has no professionalism while tackling clients. Don't go to them they will talk rubbish and do even worse.

They spoilt my realme phone further while 'diagnosing' it . Very rude staff who don't accept their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters...Six months before when my mobile was in guarantee period they had refused to provide me free service as they claim that their service center is no more with intex and they are now independent. But still they are using intex banner. They had cheated me in that time by telling me to pay for service even my mobile was in guarantee period. Now they are refusing to claim their previous statement that they had spell something like that. I'm very needy person as I'm a common person I'm unable to get justice by punishing them from law for their false statement. Plz help me if someone is powerful and see this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service center of Intex. I went there for battery problem of phone and they checked it thoroughly and suggested me to get a new battery for the same. I bought a new original battery from there and it is working fine till now. They told me that they have some collaboration with "save the children" NGO and requested me to donate and I did it as well.

Service and customer assistance is not very good .
Deals nicely if you got genuine issue.
Thier dealing time is till 6pm
Electronic equipments are serviced and dealt with.
Lack of knowledge or you can say irresponsible towards new customers ( as I have faced)
I have to come 3-4 times because of their irresponsible behavior for my product under warranty.

That was earlier just beside the janakpuri east metro station gate number 2. But now it has been closed.
