★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy an inch from them. They are fraud, cheater and whatever you call them is lesser than they deserve. I've purchased 4BHK duplex in Aqua City in 2010 and that is not delivered yet. 90% payment done till 2013. Also purchased a plot of 2000sq ft. TNCP, and my registry shows 2 side roads but they are now denying that there is no provision of road. Also they have charged for cornor plot. I've filed case in civil court in 2017 against them that is still in process. Won case in RERA for compensation and possession in Oct 2020 and was promised to get possession in Dec 2020 but still no progress and not a single penny delivered. So i request everyone, don't buy an inch from them as you'll not get anything in return. Also no court or police can help you in this. You'll only get dates nothing else.
