★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees themselves are not following mask etiquette and being the cause for spread of infection... This person in counter replying that he won't get infected (but he might infect other's?)... Few of their employees are removing mask while sneezing and coughing...
I hope, management should educate their employees regarding Infection Prevention Measures, which is the need of hour in this pandemic...
