★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I.e 3-11-2021 I have visited the place with my spouse as she had already visited once and purchased around Rs.70,000/- of sarees and dress material,I have noticed that sales persons are quite experienced and polite,but the security guard at the entrance was rude,impolite and not fit to be posted at the front end otherwise that may damage the image of the outlet.He lost the control and abused me with filthy language when I had questioned his rude behaviour.He also sent another customer infront of me with rude language as she does have mask and asserted that it is the decision of the management. I too agree for that but now a days to loose a customer for want of mask is strange instead the management could have provided disposable masks in case of emergency for the sake of businesses promotion,it is upto them.This is my experience with Aakruthi chirala branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Rs.6166 worth of dress material on 3rd November and tried to pay through Google pay and it was not sucessful due to poor network at that time and I had paid the cash,but when I had noticed my bank statement on 8th November I had noticed that there is debit entry of the same amount,then I had called the staff of the outlet and sent the screen shot of the bank statement who had agreed that I had paid the cash and sought time of one hour to check their statement.My request to the management is that they need to take the mobile nos. of the customer who tries and fail their Google pay transactions and the Aakruthi staff need to cross check these types of transactions before the customers check and revert the amounts received twice to augment their reputation.
