This is a customer feedback that the staff and services at aan hero Kuvadwa road rajkot. And I also went to same face..
When I purchse hero pleasure plus in 2019 they not provide me invoice copy and insurance copy along with vechicle dilevery. After some time I ask for above documents they not give proper answer... I am new in rajkot city now I get good after Sales services to Jay Ganesh hero 150 Ft Ring Road.
Please this is feedback regarding aan hero..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no responsible answer I get for booking a bike. Very bad experience. Fraud and cheater firm. First they finalize the price and then at last demand extra money. Very careless staff. They first commited to serve but do not stand at commitment. I suggest to other never go to Aan Auto Rajkot to purchase the bike. Very idiot and fool persons are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ver bad experiance.before puarchasing bike they were saying that they are available for any single fault,and after purchasing bike in 3 -4 days when problem arise,they didn't give any proper answer and not solved the problem.so i prefer - go to honda more than hero. first hero comapny appoint good staff ,who are give proper answer and solve the problem after the buying bike.

I could just say all the latest models of two wheelers were available under one room, from the plenty of options I finally got the model which I wanted, and also After sales service is amazing. My personal recommendation goes to AAN hero for such excellent service and professionalism.
