★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their behaviour is completely different when you go there for exchange, even if you have a genuine reason such as covid situation. owner and staff both are rude. Have been buying from this shop from 15 years and sorry to say their standards of material and customer handling have reduced substantially. Don't feel like going there after some bad experience from last 2-3 times. There are plenty of shops with better pricing and customer handling. Stopped recommending it to friends. Be cautious when you are dealing with them, they won't listen to you once you have made the payment.

No friendly behavior of their employees as well as the owner after any faulty product received & when u went there to show the defective clothes received. They misbehave and don't want to listen or even look into the issue.
