★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping from their collection every year in Diwali for past five years now. This time however, the experience was a bit different.
The design range is always appreciable and I got what I was looking for within a couple of hours after decent amount of trials. The quality of the materials were nice as well.
After selecting the selected lehengas and giving up the body measurements, the delivery of the rectified garments were to be delivered within a week, which is commendable too.
But sadly, I am disappointed on the final fit of both my lehengas. Even after the measurements taken at the time of booking the outfits, the alternation did not happen as per written data. The lehengas are loose and the tops are too tight even to try on!
Now instead of couriering it all the way from Navi Mumbai to Dadar I might have to rectify it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ultimate shopping place for ladies bridal clothes, exclusive collection of Churidars , Kurtis, Palazo and much more. The ambience of the shop is very nice and gives positive vibes. All staff at the counters are very compitant and patient and they go on showing maximum varieties till the customer gets their right choice. The owner of the shop and their family members also gives all personal attention to help the customers with comfort of shopping. I had taken my wife for her birthday shopping and she got the Churidar dresses of her choices . Last but not the least is that AARA COUTURE believes in giving the best fit to all the customers by doing the necessary alterations in their dresses in the minimum time possible.

Had visited the shop yesterday to buy a bridal dress, price being 64000
The shop was offering a discount after which the dress amounted to 54000
The blouse material was unstitched and had a backless pattern, our requirement was for a covered one so we requested him to get it customised,for which the shop was charging 8000-10000 extra.
Ideally if the shopkeeper is giving us the entire set he could have charged surplus amount for the extra cloth and work.
However the shopkeeper insisted that HE keep the blouse cloth (though inclusive of 54k)and give us a fresh piece (and charge us extra for it too).
(We were ready to buy the entire bridal set in 54k and pay an extra amount 10k for the cloth and work we required)
While finalising the product, he quoted that he won't require the blouse cloth, it was useless for him and that it was for us to keep .
But at the time of billing, he said that he cannot give the cloth piece as he'll use it and sell with another fresh bride dress.
He admitted to give the product but when demanded, he refused.
We were okay with he keeping the blouse, but how does it justify that we pay for two blouses!
To extract money for the same piece from 2 customers, that's cheating and fooling the customer.
