Very good site Aaradhyam Touchstone and all projects in very decent locations in very pocket friendly budjet.

Worst experience. Sachin Chaudhary(founder of the company) will make you fool all the time but doesn't let you do your plot's registry and after some time he will ask you to manage with some other plot at higher rates which is again not registered. Also on and above of all company is not RERA approved. No development but he will take development charges. Don't collaborate with this guy. You will loose all your money.

Below is the truth and my experience with the Aaradhyam infra builders Pvt ltd - Most of the blocks of the company's sites does not belongs to the company which they are showing in site Maps for different locations. So beware before buying land. Company agent will try to make fool of you by saying that company had already done the JV(joint venture) with farmers of the land. Buy plot only if the company has registry and UP RERA approved of the shown Project/Land else you will be in big problem. Company is not Registered in RERA which is illegal as per section 3 under section 59. Below are problems you will face - 1. Company will give you different excuses for not giving registry of booked plot and may say after 2 to 3 years that, booked block/booked plot is not with them so go for other sites at same location or at different location with same or higher rates. 2. You will not get your money back if you are not ready to buy plot at higher rate or at different location. 3. If you will ask your money back showing agreement (wherein mentioned that if company is unable to provide plot under uncertain circumstances then company has to refund the money with 4% interest.) then they will introduce you to Sachin Choudhury (founder of Aaradhyam infra builders Pvt ltd/ currently member of Congress Party) who is the husband of company CEO Abha Chaudhary and son of CEO Narendra kaur. I think you can understand who is running the company. 4. Sachin Choudhury will say upfrontly that he will not refund the money in any circumstances and try to convince you to either buy another plot at higher rate located at same site or at any other off road site with same rates. 5. If you are not convinced with options given by Sachin Choudhury and still ask your money back as per agreement then he will ask you to go to civil court but he will not pay back money and show that he is very powerful with money and politically and you cannot do anything. 6. On the name of Development charges you will not get electricity line, Sewage, constructed Road and Boundary. You will only get road which will not constructed by the company. As all Company's projects are not approved from Development Authority. So company has no Authority to give facilities on the name of Development charges. I booked a plot(E-74 of 70 sq m) in E block on September 2016 in Aaradhyam World located at NH- 24, near Didholi thana, Amroha (U.P). More then 4 years gone but still struggling for registry of the plot. This I wrote to guide you, if you are thinking to buy plot from this company.
