★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay place, old unkept but clean. It should be redeveloped to be honest now, most apartments have cracks all over the place hidden away behind tiles or as in my case wooden fauxes.
Tenants are welcomed and are ideally not bothered unless you are too noisy. Not a pro party place. As the name suggests people here like things to be quiet and laid back.
