★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the room directly so got for a cheaper price than other websites however realised that the cottage was too far from the main road and it was extremely unsafe to travel alone even by car post 6-7 pm. We spotted lizards and cockroaches while trying to sleep at night. The landlady is not really co-operative, you need to demand for water and other amenities. Fridge was not working, towels were not kept, no glasses, no soaps and the basic stuffs you are supposed to keep in a home stay. Also, make sure that if you do not want to spoil your day then check out by sharp 10a.m. otherwise the owner keeps calling and irritating you and threaten you to pay extra for even a 1 hour delay.

Although it takes a 10 mins drive from the beach, it is worth every bit when you visit as a group or with family.
The cleanliness, facilities provided which include AirComditoned Rooms, Cots, Additional Bedsheets and Mattresses along with Breakfast prepared by the owners as per your interest, balcony sittings, (with drinks and more ;p) and many more
I ld not say it is economical but you get what you pay for. Directly contact the owner for a better deal than the one online. (Thank me later)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay with friends. If you are about 8-10 people it is perfect. They have two rooms that they would give you and all of the place is yours. You can dine out, have drinks and chat all night. Owners are very humble and care is taken every now and then to make sure you are comfortable. It's a bit outside Alibaug but can be perfectly planned for food and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are nice. It is clean and has good ambience. It is on first floor of the bungalow. The owners are very nice. Everything for resting is there. Only thing is no nearby restaurants. Even a small kitchen would have solved the problem.
