★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anybody reading this. Never ever purchase from this I'll mannered supplier. The staff is so rude. Doesn't have any manners of talking. Does false commitments and supplies damaged products. Then takes a hell lot of time in replacing the product. The staff says that the freight amount will be returned, then the other says that it will be adjusted. While placing the next order, they give excuses and after dealing with them in thousands, their staff says that I've overwritten the freight amount which I incurred for sending the product back and I'm claiming the wrong amount. And that too for a few hundred of it. When ask why did they send the damaged product, they say that the company from which they purchased has sent them like this. Then the lady staff talks in such a rude way and says I'm doing cheating with them and claiming the false amount. I still have the freight receipt and she says I've overwritten the amount and I'm claiming more. It's their responsibility to check the products and send but they directly send it like this the, damaged product. Please don't purchase from them. They send the damaged products and also claim that the product will reach in time but they lie and sell the products and expensive rates. There are many supplier who are there who sell the right products and at better prices. Please don't from here. They consider customers to be foolish and cheat them.

When being asked why did they send the damaged products, they say that they receive the same from the company so they send it without checking. Worst telecom equipment supplier in India. Don't purchase from them. They sell damaged products and also at a higher price than the others in the market. Moreover the staff is so rude. They tell the customer directly that they are cheating with the company. They have no manners to talk, they talk in such a rude way and they are really ill mannered. They sell damaged products and cause a lot of problems for the customers in returning them.
