★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Went for dinner @7pm and came out by 10pm. 3hrs waste of time.
Pros:
Ambience.
Peri peri chicken pizza.
Cons:
Service is not quick enough.
Staff is getting confused and bringing in other orders which we didn't ask for.
Using complete stale meat. None of the chicken starters is fresh and tasted good. Chicken is half cooked and not cleaned properly. I saw the blood still on the bone.
Whatever we are asking for, staff is saying that it's not available (then why to add them in the menu?)
And the worst of all, there is only one menu card which is getting shifted to all the tables.
For such a wonderful restaurant, Staff should be Swift, chefs should be professionals, and atleast a manager should be there.
For such worst experience, literally they have to pay us back or refund the bill.
Note: If ambience is good enough, it's not sufficient. Proper management should be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better to avoid this place for continental, Indian and chinese starters... Received undercooked starter.. Very bad experience with the starter.. Tandoori isn't that satisfying. .. Maybe this place is meant for sandwich, burgers, sandwiches, mocktails.. Place is too good.. The main drawback is steps for the restaurant and slope for parking... Very nice ambience and staff but the main drawback is chef.. Everything is good but the restaurants main purpose(food) isn't fulfilled
Dishes we had:
Crunchy Peri peri wings(Chicken Undercooked with this starter)
Tandoori chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst restaurant experiences ever in my life. Poorest service. Methi Parantha had sugar in it. The eggs in the egg curry are half boiled. The excuse given was that they weren't boiled completely because they had to prepare eggs just for me. I fail to understand how does that make it ok to give half boiled food. I can't believe they're calling themselves a fine dining restaurant while serving water in paper glasses.
Would never come here or suggest anyone to come here.
