Benefits -
(1) Ac Rocks
(2) Music System is Pretty Good
(3) 2 Mins from Borivali Station ( walk )
(4) All Trainers are Certified in Fitness ( not sure about Nutrition though )
(5) Clean Gym Floor
(6) Free 3 Days Trail is Allowed :-)
(7) Trainers 'Rashid' and 'Ganesh' have been quite Supportive to me on Floor
(8) Open until 11 PM
(9) Open on Sundays too :-)
(10) Inspiring Fitness Posters on the Gym Floor
(11) Comfortable for Ladies, especially in the Afternoon Time when there are Hardly any Members
Minor Flaws-
(1) Feels a Little Condensed
(2) Sometimes the Music that is Played is Hindi/Punjabi ( the cheap ones )
(3) They got Classic Iron Plates, which Sounds Good but might Hurt Equally Bad in case of Carelessness or Accidents :-(
Conclusion -
The Price is Reasonable, if you like the Floor to be Fully Filled with Inspiring People while you Workout , then Go for it !
