★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are thuds. They will talk very nicely until they get their fees which is quite high. And after that they don't take too much interest. Whenever u want to follow up with them they will say right now we don't have anything for you and once any bio data comes we will send you. Intinally they will take some interest and after that stop taking full interest in your bio data. There wasn't a single follow up and till now they don't know is my bio data what we gave have got married or is still single.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my cousin, we are very satisfied with their services. They show only what's suits you don't show profiles in bulk. For the first time I have seen such a big matrimonial office with so many employees working in system. I must say being professional they do give personal touch they visit you, be there at your meeting, invite you to their office for profile discussion and many more.
I must say their MD Aarshi Ji has worked really hard to provide authentic and transparent services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken their paid membership since April 2019 and I am disappointed with their services. They will ask you to submit full payment before the start of the services since the quality of services is not reliable so much so that the relationship manager will fail to respond to your emails and give your false assurances over call.
For convincing you to become a member they will share their hierarchy(for escalations) of talking to Team leader and client servicing leader who will equally be non-cooperative .Indeed the person to whom we had made the payment now does not respond to over calls, messages.
I have requested for an appointment with their head since 3 weeks to talk about the quality of services offered but the relationship manager still can't confirm me the date and time for just 15 minutes meeting.
