Had no idea for Mri procedure.morning Reception staff puja madam who spoked to me and guided me well about the procedure

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent coordination perfect reports great managing level by muthukumar sir, and priya madam one of the best scan for mri and ct and also blood test great offers for people who putting less and low costs for mri and i think from this year , aarthi scan and lab parel branch will be top for service and fast service promise me and family and relative will be suggest for aarthi scans. Special Thanks to staff shruti mam, muthukumar sir wait with me and provide service till 11.00 PM at night great and God bless all people soon......

โ โ โ โ โ I visited there around 8.30 pm there was a lady at reception she gave me mri appointment at 10.30pm when i went there with my dad at 10.30pm 1 guy was sitting at the reception ,
i asked him abt appointment he refused for the same according to him there was no appointment
i told him to call that lady and ask her abt the same. For 10 minutes he was just searching her number and after that he told us that ur appointment was at 9.30pm and started making excuses. there is lack of communication between the staff, their behaviour is very rude towards cutmores. They don't even have radiologist there the technician only makes reports. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ I had booked a CT scan here through M fine and the rate was confirmed at Rs 2500
When I went at the Parel center they refused to acknowledge the amount m fine had confirmed with me and charged me Rs 3500 which I reluctantly paid. After going in their behaviour was totally unprofessional. They asked me to change into a lungi which felt used before and could hardly cover anything.
I didn't do the scan and asked for a refund which they said they will after 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour

I've used Aarthi services in Chennai and Parel Mumbai. They were a bit slow on taking the covid sample but they are very nice and polite staff.
Results came in the same day, also you can't beat their prices, highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ First of all the rates of all test is very reasonable as compare to all mumbai other labs..staff is very supportive and kind specially muttu kumar and abishek..and service is fantastic and last but not least i think this is the only lab which is operating 24 hrs in mumbai..

โ โ โ โ โ I hv done tests worth 1000/- rs yesterday... And ct pns with contrast..
They don't take the print of reports mandatory n kept me waiting for more than 45minutes... To print n handover to me.
Low test charges k chakker mai service mai compromise kr diya...
