People who works here are just totally unprofessional and rude. They try to hand things to you without billing and start fighting if you ask for a genuine bill. The worst part is the way they treat their customer....with utter rudeness and discourtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst shop I ever had been to. Most of the things like Household and Kitchen appliances/accessories are much higher price in comparison to other sellers in market.
They are very unprofessional. I have visited twice and in one occasion one of the sales person was telling other that I came again in their shop in sarcastic manner.
The worst thing about the owner is he told me that all Hawkins product are available at flat 20% off, but when I was purchasing Hawkins Kadai and Pressure cooker he told me the it is not applicable for Stainless steel utensils.
Secondly, they tell you Prestige products are available at 30-35% off. They provide discount but while making bill, the owner add 18% GST and some other taxes.
It's request to you all that before making payment, please review your bill.
Most of the times he does not give bill also unless and until the customer asks them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Gas Stove , I paid the cost of the item online (Phonepay), but on asking for the bill, the shopkeeper didn't give the bill for the purchased item saying that we do not bill anyone for any item and he was so rude and unwilling to provide bill.
