★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aarti custom division is situated @1st phase of GIDC Vapi. Which is the only Pharma intermediate division of Aarti in Vapi . Which is cGMP plant approved by USFDA. Working here will give you a balance b/w personal & professional life. Very near to vapi town. Staff are good . Environment is good. This plant is DCS controlled, having ETP&MEE with zero discharge facility. When coming to working honestly speaking financial growth is very less at the same time work pressure is also less. If you having ideas then the management is really help you to perform , specially Plant head Mr.Mahesh Gole sir support you for your good ideas. From production Maxim D'Souza sir & Sushil Dubey sir is very liberal & supportive. When it comes to R&D Dr.Jithesh Patel is also very talented , No need to think twice for joining R&D. Comparing with other bigger pharma companies QA plays a very supportive role here , Documentation is good and Easy to maintain. QA Dept.leading by Mr.Nishakant Pandey, he is really professional & good team leader, those who get opportunity for QA in aarti custom should definitely join here . there is no canteen & bus facility available. Company provides Accommodation both for bachelor & Family .
For starting your career in process field Aart is best . If company pays good Pay then no need to search for other job. ..last but not least All technicians & AOCP's are very talented. Aarti is fastest growing company. Now day's Aarti become a good brand name which gives you so many opportunities from other companies. Aarti having All the modern machinery's. Very soon Aarti CSD will become fully DCS /Automated.
