★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time experience with this parlour and ended into a bad one. I went there and told the staff to trim my hair as i have to make ponytail at my job. Moreover my hair were already wrongly cut by a local parlour . But that fellow cut my hair so short that its difficult for me to make a pony now. Local parlours are better than this overrated aarti makeover bla bla.

They want to charge you like a big brand, but when it comes to their service, they show their actual level. Its like every other local parlour.
Only good thing is that their makeup artist,Ritu arora ma'am, is fine. Though i ddnt like my make up a lot. It looked more artificial. And they make their all brides similar, no variation. Rest of the staff is horrible.
And btw my lipstick crack within an hour.
They dont even know how to tie a saree.
My bhabhi got her saree tied from here, and o my god it was disaster. All the pins were showing. Neither got the pallu properly done. Though they charge 250 bucks for saree tying.
One of their manager, THE SUNITA AUNTY, she has some great attitude issues,very arrogant.she should get a class on how to talk with people. Very ill-mannered she is.
They run only after money.
When it comes to nail paint, they have all the local items,atleast should keep elle 18 brand worst to worst, if you cant keep maybelline or lakme.though they say its a nail studio too, but dont even have U. V. Dryer.. Dont even have enough nail paints . Charged 10000 for engagement makeup, and showed me local nail paint to put on.
At geetanjali, even with 3000 rs party makeup, they provide you maybelline nail paints. But then how would they show their standard of gutter level.
They should also focus on good service rather than just renovating the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best salon in yamuna vihar. They are nice professionals. You might feel it a bit costly but services worth it. So you should try here if you haven't do far.
I never get dissatisfied by their services.

The makeup,hairdo everything was good that a person might consider to revisit but the major thing where they lack is in their unethical behaviour with customers.It is necessary for their staff and the coordinator/manager to patiently listen to their client's demand and go according to their choice as in the end what matters is customer's satisfaction. The level of attitude the make-up artists carry is disgrace for their setup. Extremely ill mannered with rude comebacks for every demand.Definitely you guys require grooming classes and a way to speak in a humble and polite manner which would attract customers to revisit. No doubt your work is great but it is even necessary to spill words correctly and not make the other person feel inferior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product they are using are highly dangerous it's destroyed my face very badly and when I try to talk about it with soniya jain the manager she became very offensive without even listening.
Totally bad experience. They are carrying a very high level of attitude and unprofessional behaviour with them.
Never suggest to go there

On 7/Nov/2021, I had my engagement. My makeup was done by owner herself aarti. They charged me 9500rs. for airbrush makeup. It was so called airbrush makeup. Local makeup is better than this. She had done makeup just on my face. She didn't even bother to apply foundation on my neck. Makeup was removing just touching the finger on face. It was not blended properly even after 2 hrs. As soon as I reached to my engagement destination, I had to face an embarrassed moment. My one lens fell down and other one I had to remove by myself and because of that My tears were rolled down and due to that my makeup started removing. My elder sister helped me to settle down the makeup otherwise My whole face will be distroyed at the last moment.
Parlour achchha bna lene se kaam achchha nhi hota.. Sundar parlour nhi aapka kaam bolta hai.
I would say local parlour is far better than this. If you don't want to waste your money and don't want to repent as well. Search for a good parlour
The services which were provided a day before engagement , were cheap. I paid 4600 rs. for all services. All the services were done by Neha. She speaks well but her work was terrible. Wo time hi nhi deti aur har samaan aise use karti hai jaise bas aapko dikhane ke liye lga di ho. Isse achccha toh local parlour mein kara lo..Atleast they would give you time dedicately for each service. She finished manicure & pedicure just in 6 or 7 mins. I am very disappointed. I am not satisfied at all.
I wouldn't recommend this parlour for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nail extensions done, the staff was in a rush to do other tasks. It's been 1 week, extensions are not bad but my skin around the nails is damaged ! While chipping my natural nails to place extensions the technician chipped my skin, despite of pointing it out to her.
