Quite unfortunate state of insurance services from related and known brand like Quick Heal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shield insurance for iPhone, which will cost u 5000₹ will promise u Theft Water and Physical Damage... but when u go to claim they will ask u to open it phone n diagnose coz if u knw ur screen is cracked u said its physical damage they will ask maple to diagnose n a working ph will b said to have water damage n as the customer doesn't diagnose and only said Abt physical damage, the claim will b reputed as the customer didn't say water damage but the diagnose report said' But!! Water physical n theft is anyway covered so y decline the claim?? Coz this company is a fraud n the customer service sucks! I have spoken to a lawyer for help in sending this company a legal notice...

No one answer our call nothing and whenever call gets received you people disconnect. Superviser is avinash he is also irresponsible. I want to say many things but i want responsible person and now see you people we will sue you. This matter will make your comany worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My suggestion to everyone is not to buy QuickHeal gadget insurance because the their service centers with them they have tie up are below par. They dont have spare parts of the product which was launch within in last one year. They dont deserve any single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst to worst service they are providing to their consumers they are not professional guys even quick heal is also responsible to appoint them. They are not punctual they are make fool to their customer my claim payment is pending since two months after approved all documents related to claim every time when I call them they said payment will credited in 2-3 days I have contact them 7 to 8 times in last 15 days but they have same reply even you couldn't contact them twice in one day. They said you limit exhausts.. worst worst worst company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i hv bought quickheal antivirus and new india insurance combined package for my samsung a9 pro. in that aarvi insurance is third party. really these guys are disgusting. their procedure is typical. i think rarely they pass any claim. after 2 month still waiting for claims passing progress. really bulshit. these guys are paid for making consumer fool.
