β β β β β The hospital is pathetic af. The staff is extremely rude and there's no proper coordination. They don't follow a single covid protocol. They are simply hungry for money and bother least about the patient and patient party.

Literally a government hospital is much better than this private hospital.
The staff members are so arrogant
They act like they are the only one who is paying for our patients
No doctors available in the hospital
The AC's aren't even working
No mosquito replicant available
Even during the time of covid.. sanitizers aren't also available
Not even worth a single star

β β β β β I went for the second dose of Sputnik after taking an appointment on Cowin. The hospital refused to vaccinate me and imposed their own rules. This hospital have rude staff and also say that it doesnβt matter to them what customers think about them. Hospital staff - Ajay Singh even tried to threaten us . Pathetic hospital!

β β β β β Such a pathetic experience. No proper doctors available in emergency. Dr rajesh who is avaible have no experience along with other staff not using hand gloves ? and he charge the price of the same from us in bill. They just trying to make money nothing else. Not at all recommend this hospital to anyone. As per commitment the reports supposed to be mailed or whatsApp in 1hr,now more than 24 hrs passed and still we have not received the report. When we tried to connect for reports on given numbers,no one is responding us properly. For 3 to 4 hrs they charge 6000 from us which is inappropriate. They charge 300 rs for pregnancy kit test which is available in the market in only 50 to 60 rs. Aarvy hospital is only to make money nothing else.

β β β β β Dr RENU YADAV is mentally disturbed, she doesn't know how to talk with patient, she pretend soft spoken nature but in actual she is arrogant.. Many people warned me that she is a mad lady but I didnt believe it until I faced her arrogance and inhumanity towards the patient..please BEWARE OF RENU YADAV. She doesn't accept her fault and improve/correct it if anything goes wrong in her treatment..

Charge a lot from a patient in name of treatment.
They don't have proper staff and doctors. And no specialists available for treatment and the perform unnecessary tests for earning money
Shame on Aarvy for making money in the name of treatment.???

β β β β β Worst experience. Worst service. They even don't k ow how to give tetanus injection. They give injection to my 7 year old daughter yesterday and don't know what they have done she got infection and full swelling on her back side.. don't go there... fake degree..

β β β β β They have great facilities but need to sort out their staff. Had a pretty bad experience. The lab staff was on leave and so some temps took up my case despite knowing they do not know how to operate the machines. These were critical tests of stress eco, ecg, holter. Eventually a senior doctor came and helped out otherwise it was harrowing and I was feeling absolutely unsafe. Then when it came to giving me the reports they kept me hanging for 3 days. People keep you on hold, then said they are just sending it to me and it never came. Eventually I had to visit the hospital to take them. If this was an emergency it would have been disastrous.
