β β β β β I just bought a Giant Escape 2 from Aarya Bikes and iβm more than happy by the service and timely delivery of the bicycle. The owner, Anand Manikpuri has good knowledge of bicycles and servicing.

β β β β β Poor servicing. They charged 350/- for bike service and are authentic firefox sellers.
But the service quality was really poor. They didnt even clean the bike. when i pointed out that lubricant has not been applied to drive chain, they said "WD-40 maara tha".
WD-40 is not a lubricant, it is a cleaner. They didnt even true my front wheel nor did they lubricate the suspension.
350/- for just "dusting" my bike. There is no honesty or any work ethics. Pure money mindedness.
Going to share this feedback with firefox also.

β β β β β I know this store since its inception and is highly recommend to visit and buy bike from this store only due to its extremely delightful service both before and after sales. I hv bought it for myself, my son, my daughter and almost 10 more of my family members.
Mr.Anand himself is a cyclist and the best part is he is the trendsetter of cycling in Raipur, i can forsure say this that everybody in Raipur or in CG were just knowing that cycle comes with gear but there is also a vast range in cycles i came to know from this guy only.
