I got a 3 year service contract with them and boom that was it.....
The guy calls and calls and takes time for service.... only to never show up...
Every time we need to talk to manager and he'd assure us of improving service next time.
However I must admit, he was consistent in his promise of improving next tine and the rest of staff was consistent in making sure he promised it all the time.
