★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have purchased a bike for my brother from this showroom,after getting all the documents I found that there is major difference in the RTO registration charges which are mentioned in the initial quotation and the receipt received from the RTO. When I talked with the accountant of this showroom he said that "we have some hidden charges that we don't disclose to everyone, you are here so we are telling you" and provided me one tax invoice for miscellaneous charges which is again of more amount than the difference observed and not mentioned in the quotation. When I requested him that we will have a talk with showroom owner,he refused to do that. I have registered a complaint on Bajaj customer care but the concerned showroom officials had closed it without discussing the concern with me. I assume that the showroom owner itself is giving authority to these employees for doing such kind of fraud with the customers. I request you to all please go anywhere else to purchase your dream bikes of Bajaj. And also verify your documents especially all the invoices which must match with your quotation amounts. Request to all auto manufacturers please make factory outlets rather than such fraud dealers.
