★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance is a constant issue in this society. As society is still with builders, we have repetitively logged maintenance-related complaints but there is no support from Builder. It is new construction but there is seepage in hall walls through toilet and after 1 year of complaining, still it is unattended.
