Better to go in a civil hospital than this hospital...
No cleanliness...
No politeness...
Some doctors got too much ego that they are giving free services...
Doctors doesnt have the manners that how to speak to a patient..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landline number is always busy.. Whenever you call for emergency.. Few doctors are good.. But cleanliness is always a question for charges paid for ICU or Pvt Room.. Cleanliness is not at maintained..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience about my uncle's admission into ICU due to breathing problem, mid of Dec 2019, cleanness is concern but the major issue with staff attitude and professionalism, how to behave and treat patient as well as care taker of patient. In our case theft of medicine and injection also noticed which we have highlighted. Hope no body is need to visit this hospital even in emergecny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have "chutta paisa" at all whenever you purchase any medicine, the chemist staff or the person at the counter never returns the change.
Second their cleaning "masis and kakas" always need "bakshis" for their regular assigned job. I think hospital doesnt pay them any salary ???
Third...cleaning is not at all the mindset for this hospital very unhygienic.
Forth... the bed in room for the patients relative is too small or narrow that you cant even have rest.
Many many problems....just cant list in here.
Only good thing is the Doctor is nice. But hospital definitely need some improvements.
Please!!!! Very frustrating...to tackle all this while we stay there with patient.
