★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an intern in this foundation lately and I must say that i experience was worst.
First of all, they know nothing about professionalism and treating their interns with respect. They have no regards n value of our time. Its just a burden on the ones who intern there.
I had to leave the internship in the middle cause of the nuisance my heads were causing. I had enrolled for 3 month internship out of which my entire 2nd month was a waste as no task was allocated and on asking about it I received rude replies from them.
I strongly suggest to not intern with this' organization ever.

I had been working as an HR Intern with this foundation for 6 months and I had a great experience working with all the teams, all the members I came across with were very helpful and supportive throughout. And I really gained much knowledge and Experience and confidence and had a great time working with this foundation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at Aashman Foundation as the HR CERTIFICATION HEAD after getting a promotion from an intern and it was a great experience. Learnt a lot from my team and I really enjoyed working for campaigns to help the deprived and the under privileged. A smile on a small child's face after receiving a month's nutrition rich food and milk can not be explained in words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a part of the content writing internship conducted by Aashman.There are many things that I would like to convey.
1.They have no idea what they need,many a times certain mediocre and shallow works are praised which lacks content as well as literary flourish.
2.If you're here for experience you gain practically nothing.
3.They don't give letters of recommendation as is so often pompously advertised in their job description.
4.Even the normal certificates they give out seem to be cheap screenshots and the grading scheme is very biased.
But considering the noble ideals they uphold and foster within their community,I refrain
from saying much else.
