★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional staff. Unsure of the colour that they are using and the end result of it. They are just having a gala time testing and trying different colour tubes and still charge the customer even though it's their mistake. Please visit your local salon instead of this bullshit place. I don't understand how this is a star salon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just satisfactory... I got long Bob cut done to my hair.. I feel the staff was bit unprofessional.. the hair stylist did the haircut sitting on a chair and the haircut didn't even appear to be like Bob cut..
On top of that, they charged me 1000bucks for just a stupid haircut without any hair wash or blow dry... Way overpriced for the kind of services they provide..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience of ashmeen munjal star academy kamla nagar branch is pathetic. i took makeup on my wed 29th april 2017 and i got extremely disappointed with the services provided to me. there was no staff to tie the dupatta and even the manager preeti of that branch was highly unprofessional and fail to manage the customer dealing. they made me cried on my wedding due to unprofessional dealing with bride and services provided to me. they wasted my time and the products they used for make up was of lower quality like eye lashes was really of low quality which shed after an hour or two. i had to manage of my own then later .... highly disappointed, even when they took 17500 rs from me includig taxes. i would provide a feedback to ashmeen munjal to take care of her branch and the manager she has appointed for kamla nagar branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Aashmeen's saloon was really bad...I had my reception makeup done from her that she costed Rs.31000/- and was really pathetic that was not even worth 5000/-. The staff is of no use and did scared nail art that fell. My hair curls got loose after an hour. They used low quality products specially hair accessories and eye lashes that fell from my eyes the moment I reached my venue. Aashmin was all time over phone when she was doing my makeup n did very casual makeup that was not even HD or air brush in such a big amount. Moreover, they charged extra Rs.10,000 for their hair pins n eyelashes that were not even worth 1000.
I had my engagement n wedding makeup from Anju Chopra's "khoobsoorat" at Surajmal Vihar before my reception that was quite satisfactory n was half the price Aashmeen used to charge. Thats why it was very disappointing to have such a bad makeup experience at bombshell price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant thnk Niell sir enough.. i was dealing with Dry rough hair after i got smoothenong done last to last year .. i had given up on my hair.. i really wanted to have a new look but i was just so scared to take the risk. Neil counselled me and had me try bbo for my haor after a haircolor.. im so happytyytt.. result is awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got hair colored very recently. Color started to wear out from the first hair wash itself. Was told the color would be long lasting. Did not last even a week properly. On top of that the pricing system is very dubious. They’ll add up two-three prices to come up with the final one, then give a discount on it, then add gst and finally come up with the final price. They should have a fixed pricing system and not fool the customers like this. Extremely poor experience.
