★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality looks good. 100% Vastu. Ventilation is good. 8ft gap maintained between walls.. Progress in Amenities work is little slow.. Calm and peaceful location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building management people don't allow dogs in the lift or any heavy items. What kind of rule is that? There is a notice outside the lift saying that we're not allowed to take any heavy luggage, animals etc in the lift. And when asked they said the lift is very expensive and that is why this rule. What is the point of having a lift when the basic functionality of a lift is denied? We live on the top floor and we can't always take our dog up and down the stairs. It's not possible everytime. And the project manager Sudhir turned off the elevator one day when I was going to use it along with my dog and denied me the right to use it which is Harrasment! The building might be decent but the management makes it a horrible place to live.
