Previously the shop was gud ever since the owner has stopped visiting the shop the staff has made it a personal garden running on their own whims and fancies....pathetic staff and services....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service..staff super horrible..while they have decent collection they don't know how to talk..i was buying medicine for my 7 month child and i saw packing box of the dropper wasn't the best so i asked to give fresh piece..they were arguing with me how it doesn't make a difference with packaging and when i insisted, Arun guy told his colleague that "main ghar se pareshaan hun"..this was so pissing and guy went on to abusive language as well..just because i wanted a fresh package for a 7 month child medicine..
Arun should be fired as per me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent medicine with incorrect expiry date written on bill. It was actually May2021 and on bill they mentioned 05/22. The Batch number was similar 19029 but had an E added initially and on the strip it is mentioned R 19029. On calling, they completely refused that it was sent by them. I mean no customer will find the same batch number medicine from somewhere else ?. Very bad experience and very bad customer service. Price is not the concern here but telling lie right on customer's face is really dissapointing and unacceptable. Please close the shop if you do not have audacity to accept mistake and correct it.
