★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is so useless. The employee of the Aavas took Rs 4500 from us before the loan and later told us the higher rate of interest. And ask for a separate charge for verifying the house. Don't Take Home loan from Aavas. very poor services. Aavas Finance Employees before not tell you all the charges and taxes.. slowly slowly they will start charge without any proof. i was closes my loan file but they not giving my money back and loan file also.
