★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. avas financiers employees always cheating the customers they always given execuses but not given any result . I also applied in avas financiers for reducing interest rate bt they are not providing any status. Even I have paid processing fees also from jaunuary 2020 bt not get any status till now . even I mailed on customercare many times even call too bt not get any response . I mailed refund my money too but also they are not respond.
If you are guys not providing any service why you take responsibility
I suggested for other people please not invest in Awas financiers otherwise you always suffer but not get any response or money refund too...............very bad experience ....

Earlier while taking loan they admitted that I am eligible of PM aavas yojna which every one gets for first time home loan. but now after 2 years of my loan they are saying I am not eligible top of that they are charging interest on loan due to 4 month moratorium which I have opted due to my less salary in lock down. these guys are lier irresponsible and lala type who only care about money not customers. same on you guys. If any one reading this before home loan please guys do not take loan from Aavas you are better home less aur staying a rented house. plz buy a house in good area where yu get home loan from bank directly. do not go for this people you are going to cry after taking loan from Lala company.
