These are all fake and paid reviews posted by their friends’ and family. My husband is victim of these thugs. Beware folks!They will ruin your project. Unprofessional College pass out fresher, who try to get commission from everyone works at your site. They will cheat you, lie to you. No professionalism, no experience, not responsive once they get more than 50% payment. We are very disappointed, feeling cheated from every perspective, They left our project in middle and took 70 thousand advance payment. They don't have any experience how to create working drawings and execute them. We had hired these folks because we are in US and wanted to have someone who can supervise Work at site. When we hired Megha and Shubham at that time structure work was almost completed. my husband handed over all finishing work in their supervision including drawings and interior. For that we agreed to pay 100k. We paid 40k advance. As per contract we had to pay 30K more once plumbing and electrical work is completed. But Megha and Shubham started asking for 30k even when plumbing and electrical work was not even 10% completed. Even though my husband paid 30K more. He thought they are professionals. From next day my husband paid 30k they started ignoring his whatsapp messages and calls, suddenly they said we are not going to work because you and your father are rude. Because My husband caught them on POP over billing and questioned them, he became rude. They billed us for POP work at 70rs per sq ft while they actually paid 65rs per sqft to contractor and they did miscalculation in measurements also. they gave us pop bill which was 20000 more than the actual bill. They were thinking that my husband won't verify. Megha doesn't know the difference between steel and aluminum. She was saying POP channels are made of aluminum, She doesn't have any experience, she does hit and trial because of that workers had to rework again and again on same thing and we had to bear extra cost. wastage of material and added unnecessary expenses in project cost. They didn't visit the site once even in months and when we got verified work from others, we found so many flaws. There was 10-20 mm misalignment in each Granite window frame. we had to get rid of three Granite door frames and had to fix new frames which cost me 25000 extra because they didn't even check what vender has done, Plumbing points were not at right place. Megha said it's not my job to verify the work venders are doing. I don't understand for what we paid 100k. She even doesn't know simple math. She gave us wrong tiles quantity and without verifying my husband ordered tiles. Now we have 200 sqft tiles left over which are useless. Drawings she issued did not have any measurements, every time workers had to reach out to her for small-small things and she put all blame on them whatever went wrong at site. In 7-8 months, she hardly visited the site 4-5 times. She tried getting Percentage from every vender. She doesn't know what kind of tools are used to do the perfect job. She doesn't know even carpenter square tool. After getting 70% payment in middle of my project she started blackmailing my husband. she started demanding 10k for one simple parapet drawing for which she never informed that she is going charge 10k extra. She said I am not going to work until you pay 10k for parapet drawing. My husband told her I can't pay more than 1000 rs for one simple drawing which was not even worth 1000rs. I had doubt even after my husband pay 10k for one simple parapet drawing she could demand any amount in future because our project is in middle.
