My Brother Anand was admitted for COVID-19 with no chances of recovering but with DR Gopala krishanan sir treatment my brother recovered and Doing good and all staff to care very well and thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlimited waiting. They told me to wait for 30 minutes but had I had to wait for 2 hours during night.
After I went inside to consult doctor, he was accompanied by a receptionist who was also writing names for patient outside his chamber. As soon as I started describing him the problems, the same receptionist started to write down medicines before actually understanding my health problems. I don't understand why the doctor was sitting inside if receptionist had to recommend meds. They finiished everything in just 3-4 minutes. They charge same consultation fees as the big hospitals but the service is pathetic.
Also, when I told him the meds I was taking, he gave me the exactly same meds with different name and same salt just to buy from their chemist shop.

I booked the slots for covaxin, But after reaching there I got to know they are waiting for few more patients and they sent me back by telling they will call for vaccine and they havent responded for the vaccination.

went for simple ecg, nurse handed an abnormal report, upon asking doctor he behaved extremely unprofessionally and blasted me off. Took a second report at manipal which came out to be ok. This is a fraud hospital which should be shut down.

It was a great feeling, on the part of the patient, to be at the hospital because of the 'Human Empathy' that was always exhibited by the Team. On the part of the patient's family, the Team provided the utmost support whatever and whenever required or asked for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried reaching out to the front door/reception staff using the contact number mentioned with the business. I had a seemingly broken ring finger. So I consulted a doctor and he asked me to get the xray from Ayug. So i did call up this hospital to understand they want to charge additional 600 rupees in the name of doctor consultation. each x ray costs 350/rs and there are many views in xray too itseems, and doctor has to tell which view. Is it how healthcare works ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good treatment given by Dr. Gopalkrishna and his team for the Covid patients. My dad was recovered in a short period and he is doing fine now. As Aayug was the 2nd hospital where my dad got admitted after reporting covid positive & we had witnessed his speedy recovery. This wouldn't have been possible unless the doctor & staff's 100% efforts put in. Finally, I would take the privilege to thank all the Doctors, Nurses, Management (Tejaswini) for the tremendous support & treatment given. Thankyou!

U go once they'll consult you to one doctor next time a different one saying previous doctor was emergency next time again same thing saying the 2nd doctor was also emergency doctor and take consultation fee every single time and guess a multi specialty hospital doesn't even have X ray machine. Sure if u wanna get robbed best hospital to go this one
