1) For Diet plan - Dr. Snehil had given 2 month Diet plan with medicines which I had followed rigorously. After completion of the Diet plan course, I have reduced my weight by ~6kg(without going to gym/or any other exerices), I feel more focused and energetic due to improved digestive system.
2) For my 5 yr old daughter, we go for SuvarnaPrashan and regular checkup. Dr. Snehil has been very helpful. He patiently listens to all the problem and then shares his advice.
Dr. Snehil helps patient understand the problem in depth and solution for the same. Also, in some cases, available in emergency situation via phone. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 9 months back i was diagnosed for hypertension and was suggested mild dosages of hypertension medicines by my allopathy doctor on grounds that if my hypertension stabilizes after having medicines for about 6months then I would be taken off the pills routine. This never happened and after 6months I was actually asked to take a higher dose regularly for the rest of my life. This freaked everyone in my family as at 40 no one wanted to see me start taking pills for the rest of my life.
My wife was the trigger here and her belief that I should reach out to Dr. Makwana and talk to him was the pivotal change agent. We decided to reach out to him in mid Jan 2021.
Dr. Makwana heard me patiently, understood the issues and clearly drew up a plan to get my digestive system corrected with some initial dietary restriction, however he never asked me to stop any of my medication. He was clear that if my system shows improvement I will automatically get the confidence and necessary approval to do away with the pills and any medication.
When I started working on Dr. Makwana's plan my readings were 150/100 and in three weeks my BP had come down to 110/75. This had happened specifically because of Dr. Makwana's plan and my wife's determination to help me follow the plan strictly. Today the numbers hover around 130/80 without any pills being taken for the last 1.5 months, however I am still following a relaxed version of Dr. Makwana's dietary plan. Eventually I am expected to do away with any kind of restrictions.
The best part of his diagnosis is his patient hearing, probing you thoroughly to understand the root of the issue, promising less with the endeavour to show greater results and being always available for his patients during this journey and even after. All this is a rarity in doctors nowadays.
My goal was not to be on BP pills at least at this age and I was able to achieve that goal with his plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Makwana’s wellness Clinic is located at a very convenient place close to the Seawood Rly. Stn. in Navi Mumbai. Parking is no problem. He maintains high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the clinic.
I have been visiting him for the last one and half months. Over this period i have witnessed improvement on my symptoms. I am sure with proper diet and medicines life will be much better.
He is very amiable and friendly. He listens patiently and allows me to speak. It is a pleasure visiting him.

The diet chart that he has recommended is very easy to follow nothing fancy and easily sustainable . I hope to be disease free by this year and I think I am in the right hands .
