★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience @ Aayush Phosiotherapy Centre. I think this is the largest Physiotherapy Centre in the Bopal, South Bopal and Ghuma areas. I had a frozen shoulder for about 6 months and the pain in my shoulder was getting worse. I have visited the clinic 2 months back to get the treatment. I got the best treatment for the frozen shoulder with more focus on the different shoulder exercises. I am feeling much better now.

Could not solve it from last 6 years and Dr Ankita with her advance therapy & customised treatment. Helped me to overcome all the pains. Above that she helped me to understand ergonomics to consider in day to day life. Touch wood i am not having any pain from last 1 year and i am so so confident now.
Excellent treatment.
Second incident, My father's hand was stiff and they could not even bend it. After the proper analysis and treatment, he can move his hand very easily and he can work normally now.
