Nice place for a day picnic...
Clean swimming pool with 3.types of slides and shower room.
Veg Food is decent.
Small zoo is also.nice.
Dislikes:
Rooms are very bad.
There were lizards every where in the room in the bathroom.. outside the room... on the stairs..... horrifying experiance in the room.
TV was not working... after complaining many times also they didnt change our room...

Palace structure is just amazing, its Entrance Passage, Green lawn, swimming pool, decorative Lighting, Food and many more things are so nice & attractive, Huge capacity for Wedding or any other Celebration Function ... Must Visit .

The zoo with the exotic animals is a different experience.
There is also a Jain temple temple and a huge Haveli set within the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aayush resort is a very wonderful place on old Pune Mumbai highway place where you can stay for weekend the Ambience is Deep in forest and there is a bird century inside you have swimming pool and Thai massage Hamam bath facility available here there is a palace set here there are many films of all languages are shooted here one amongs them is Jodha Akbar the restaurant of the resort is very good food is very tasty homemade freshly prepared and the services also very good one can have weekends or stay here for peaceful stay this this location is also used for marriages and film shooting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palace was awesome. Location is good and near to Panvel. Food was delicious. Only the place is so large that you cannot walk. Tour by battery operated cars would be welcome. Overall very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge! It has sports area, swimming pool, conference hall. They also have animals (birds and others), worth a trip if its corporate but I'm not sure how it would be on a personal trip.
The manager was a bit uptight, we were a group of 180+ and we had gotten 1 room and I had requested another one but the manager couldn't/didn't consider any of our request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is sheer love. Spread in acres , this resort is full of amazing nature vibes. They have a beautiful palace like set made, in house bird sanctuary where you can see different birds and animals. They are coming up with an out of the world beautiful spa. Amazing service. Kudos to the entire aayush team. Polite and courteous, helpful attitude each and every staff carries. The rooms are of different types for stay like the tree house, the boat house, the luxury rooms, the cottages etc. They also have a jain temple in their premises giving a pleasant positive vibe. No alcohol is allowed inside the premises. All in all and amazing and perfect place for a weekend getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an extremely beautiful resort. The food served is delicious. The swimming pool slides are fun and raindancing is awesome experience. The mini bird sanctuary is also nice. Good place to spend a day or two. Conveniently located.
