I’m writing this review because I am one satisfied customer. This is the second property I’ve purchased property from A B properties & Construction with in the period of 3 years. My first experience with them laid the foundation of a good relationships and trust however second one was even better. Once again they are educated, knowledgeable and professionals with great respect in Greater Noida & Yamuna Authority.
Its only because of their experience and smart work, the tedious process of property buying became easy and smooth.
They are very well aware of the liaising/paper work. I received fair guidance and liaising support. I would strongly recommend them for trustworthy dealing.

ACTUALLY he is the worst builder n a cheat person , he developed MSX ALPHA HOMES, GREATER NOIDA where one tower is illegally constructed and he also illegally constructed 3 more floors. Building quality is much poor..All the plasters is coming out , seepage and cracks also present. Drainage is choking and basement is leaking..No swings for kids..swimming pool without water and merely a deep pit where children can fall whole playing..Highly not recommended..
