β β β β β What the hell happening in bus running from Varanasi to nagpur dated 17th October @2:30 PM .Approx 15 to 20 People are seated on floor in the passage.it is difficult to move. After paying the so much...getting worst experience. Driver and conductor are involved in the this pilferage activity..
Need urgent attention..

β β β β β The information is not good, either when we went, the computer running was wrong.
We had to book Shiv Ganga but they were not getting tickets.
We got the same ticket booked for Shiv Ganga on Luxa.

β β β β β Such a poor service ticket is been booked for sleeper for three seats but seat is alloted in two sleeper for three guys. when we reached the origin of the bus it's been cancelled we had to change the bus such a pathetic worst service I've never seen in my life

β β β β β Very poor service... In seat of two, they adjusted 4 people but on my seat they adjusted 6 (2 children of proper age). Even some passengers laid on the floor of the gallery,inspite of paying full fare which us equivalent to 3rd AC tickets of train.
Although they charged for AC, but not even fans were working. No air conditioning facility in AC Bus... They simply fool the passengers.
Also the schedule of departure was postponed to accommodate the next scheduled bus passengers in the same bus as it was not completely booked. Very irresponsible and pathetic staff.

β β β β β pathetic costumer support. Staff is rude and don't solve any issues. Just rudly try to make us wrong.
"Worst thing is they just cut your call once they made their point." Also they don't answer your call after that.
I don't know why companies like redbus link with these guys.
