★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take you to gitanjali square directly...theywill refuse to drop at ganeshpeth bus stand....or even not inform you that they will not going to drop you near bus stand...very bad behaviour... although you will reach Nagpur in time..but because of them you have to pay extra money and time to reach your destination...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling from Secunderabad to Banaras.Booked this travels after seeing the reviews but faced lot of challenges.
1.Booked for my family with 3 seaters and at the time of ticket booking, they alloted 3 seats separately.Once bus is started, they forced us to adjust in 2seaters.I refused and same they have irritated in Nagpur.I strongly argued and they have not disturbed us after wards.
2.Booked AC bus but still they are refusing to swich on AC. There are no even windows on upper seat side.It is very suffecating but driver is not understanding the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled from Nagpur to Varanasi in 2+1 AC Sleeper. I had a good travel experience. The bus was clean, comfortable and arrived 1hr before arrival time at Varanasi. The only thing missing is washroom.
If you are traveling alone and using red bus for booking try to get left side seat of the bus as you are the only one sitting/sleeping their.
I would also recommend to go for lower seat if you are not tight on your budget.
