★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this service for last couple of month ( pretty frequently). I got their number by reference.
Initially I was doubtful, as cab experience in Banglore is less than desirable.
But they are an exception. They are punctual, drivers are very well mannered, wear double mask (seriously), cars are neat and well maintained. And rates are competitive.
What else we can ask for? I will suggest do try them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a cab for tour purposes. The cB was on time no doubt, the driver knew the roads well. But here is the trick: Google shows my destination is 30kms and when the driver reached my destination its was “miraculously” 45 kms. We did not argue. Next, we mentioned please take so so route. Driver agrees but just before starting from route i chose he again deviates for traffic purposes. We end up on his route with an additional 1 hour because we were struck in traffic.
We still don’t argue.
Now when the trip ends i am charged additional 800 why because the time limit has crossed. Who to blame. You can be the judge.
The problem is you argue these people will fight back. But when you write about their behaviour and attitude, these arrogant and “street smart” drivers will come to sense.
Choose them only if you wish to spend additional costs.
