Worst service by personal trainers. Under the name of personal training, a single trainer train 6 to 7 ppl at a time for one hour and same hour include his breakfast time. Not recommended for personal training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhopal's largest fitness centre in a prime location (second floor of the Ashima Mall) with sufficient & new JERAI 'Being Strong' equipments for all muscles. Trainers are decent; and surprisingly, fee is very reasonable. The gym is equally suitable for both male and female members.

2. Group activities are fun they involve aerobics, Zumba, kick boxing, abs session.
3. Crowd is decent one .
4. Packages are flexible.
5. Machines are in good condition .
6. Dietician is also available .
7. Squash can also played .
Lastly Salman khan is the brand ambassador what else u wish for !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 5 months back the new gym has been opened after taking over Vishal fitness. Now all equipments are new and owner is trying his best ti run with value for money. This gym is good if you stay near by Ashima mall.
