★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unoccupied Flat on mine in Jayanti Nagari-III (B-301) has some serious leakage issues. Despite of repeated requests still no action by the concerned people. The Structural fault (several visibly deep and prominent cracks in the walls) are supposed to be taken care of by the builder. But the concerned people are shaking off the responsibility and washing their hands clean. Hence, I am forced to give this review and this rating.
If at all this issue is taken care of immediately, I shall be happy to change my review and ratings.
#Updates: I have got the problems repaired (leaky, patchy walls, faulty chajja, rusty window grills due to leakage, repair of huge cracks on the outer walls, external waterproofing, external paint job, internal wall putty, internal walls paint job) by a private contractor who again charged a huge sum of money. Still many problems remains unresolved from the builders end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had negative marking to give. I would like to share my experience with this organisation so far. I am a owner of a flat in Jayanti Nagari VI (premium quality society what they promised to deliver)... Here are the few disappointing factors
1. They do not have premium quality designers to design a premium quality appartments and the quality to understand luxury to be provided in so called premium appartment.
2. Construction quality is really poor. I can not use drill on the washroom tiles as they are breaking because of improper material filling backside of the tiles
3. No proper Colors selection of tiles. Bathroom tile selection is pathetic. You won't feel like premium in the kitchen looking at tiles. I had to change tiles in the kitchen
4. Possession got delayed by almost 5 months. We got flats but amenities are not there
5. Corporation water was promised but still there is no provision for it.
6. Design of the promised plan was changed by the builder but after resistance from the residents he went back to original plan of keeping temple at it's promised place
7. We got possession in Oct 18 and still there is no parking marking. Flat owners are struggling and fighting among themselves to park vehicles.
8. All points highlighted above were communicated to the builder's office multiple times but there is no action or very late
9. There are many more issues to discuss but I do not have this much patients to write here..
10. Premium needs to be delivered with premium after sell services . Organisation is far from providing premium.
SORRY TO SAY! But I am unhappy customer of this organisation who paid premium. And there are many more unhappy customers of this society! This is based on my individual assessment on my expectations and the delivery!

We were given a promise date of Dec'19 for completion of this project and amenities. We planned our event considering this project will finish by Dec'19 and we will be able to use community hall. We asked to give some alternative facility where we can entertain our guests but they failed even after taking follow up for one month.
I was in shock to know reply from Abhijit (builder) that it is not their lookout and this event is our personal. I knew these guys are unprofessional from the beginning and that can be seen from the recurring issues from this builder.
I request you do rethink before going to this builder. His delivery against promises has been downgraded even below local substandard builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abhijit Realtors is a factory of false commitments.... While purchasing they show it's a dream project for them.... Once you purchase we find out its a disaster of our dreams....
We are being left on God's Mercy..No curing,
No fire equipment, no lift licences, all heavy electrial wires hanging..... Life on stake of our children's and family.
N number of times met them informed them.
No action.......so we all have our hard earned money to live on God's mercy.
Ab to jagoo Abhijit realtorealtors.......
Agar nahi to grahak jaag jayenge......

It was our big mistake to buy property from ARIL...
None of his scheme is properly handed over to society.... Whatever he committed never adhere...
-Instead of three garden shown in broucher provided two
-Taken money for water supply, no connection till date ... Still depend on high TDS borewell water which blocked all taps...
I request , just visit any of his scheme before investing your hard earned money.

Inspite of taking money he is not doing Any maintenance in the society. Ours is a registered cooperative housing society for last 5 years. Our maintenance has not been transferred to our society, builder is not giving our maintenance corpus funds. Please check our facebook page @Jayantinagari3 for all the details. Please do the due diligence before buying any property from this builder. All his other projects are suffering with same problems
