Their servicing team Vikas Tiwari, Mona and General manager Pradeep Vats are nothing but trained thieves who are to take money from customers and put it in the company’s pocket. Apart from the general estimate they are bound to take and additional of 30% more by providing any additional work that is absolutely not required. The behaviour is intolerable and the transparency is zero. The labour for oil and filter change and amounts to 50% of the total service estimate and the general service doesn’t cover alignment and balancing. Avoid being defrauded for your money at all cost and avoid Abhikaran Honda at every cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friends purchased Honda Amaze from Abhikaran Honda and some accessories had to be added to the car. I accompanied him to the showroom-cum-service centre and I must mention that the ambience was impressive. We went inside the showroom after parking our car at the entrance of the service zone and the concerned team started working on it. We got our car back within forty minutes or less.
We were offered water and coffee. The hospitality was nice, but the sales team should have been more enthusiastic and amiable. I am not stating that they had a lax attitude, but they could have been more warm and friendly. I wanted to enquire more about the showroom and handed over some questions to the HR personnel (I do not remember her name). She assured me that she will email me the replies but I never received it.
However, the buying experience of my friend was great and he got a reasonable rebate and some free accessories along the brand new Amaze which left me amazed.

I purchased Honda Amaze from there and it was a great experience, they have a great hospitality there, the sales person and service person was nice there. I must suggest if you have a budget of 8 lack+ You must visit the Honda showroom first for the cars. The service was on point. It worth for paying much for the cars of Honda
