★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person attending phonecalls doesnt speaks with no sense of commitment. I had called repeatedly for a project collaboration, when the proposal of our project got accepted by the founder I wanted to fix a meeting for further action, but the person who was in charge of responding to phonecalls didnt allow me to talk to the founder rather she kept on delaying the meeting date and was super ignorant of the project and didnot even listen properly. Very bad reception and response. Never seen such ignorant behaviour from any ngo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to know details of registering a poor kid's case through the helpline number provided. The attitude was quite rude. Instead of addressing the caller in a cordial manner, the person who attended talked as if I was making a fraud call. I wonder how this 'NGO' helps children with this approach of theirs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experiance: Very suspicious as they cannot provide a convincing reply to the queries. They might be good at their services, i dont know, but they are literally doing buisiness out of this. Im not sure about their business model, but if they want to help people in need, it would be great, if they donate the money which spending for this CALL CENTER. And finally, NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD!!! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Abhilasha foundation collected donation from me in the name of a patient admitted in the hospital and promised me to give me hospital receipt for the donation collected but even after 1 month of receiving the donation they have not provided me with the promised receipt of hospital and not responding to my calls. Anyone giving any donation towards any particular patient I advise to talk to the concerned hospital and get a letter from the hospital saying your donated funds to Abhilasha foundation will be used for that particular patient otherwise please do not donate directly to Abhilasha foundations rather you can send it to the confirmed relative if you wish to help them. These people shouldn't play with our sentiments.
