★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i had the misfortune of transacting with this store, i can't even begin to explain what went wrong. For starters their tile collection is limited and their space management is so poor that most of your time will be wasted shuffling. But because our design consultant highly recommended this place we decided to give them a chance.
What did they do?
1) Failed to follow basic COVID protocol (didn't wear mask neither stopped other maskless customers from entering & browsing).
2)They charge almost 50% more than most other stores on Duncan Road despite the fact that almost all these tiles are sourced from Morbi.
3) They levy additional charges for transportation & transfer over and above their exorbitant prices, which other shops don't.
Now because we wasted so much time there and my mother liked tiles for her bathroom we bought it anyway. We ordered 25 boxes and paid extra for transportation and tranfer. But at the time of delivery, the delivery person failed to follow our delivery instructions and asked more money for transfer. Finally when we firmly reminded him of our deal he delivered.
Not only was this transaction expensive but came with a headache. It was shocking to see their unprofessional behavior and dishonest practices even in these challenging times.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a very good person, got a beautiful set of tiles from here, as an aesthete I love them… I was looking for border or highlighter tiles everywhere but they weren’t easily available so I stumbled upon this storefront on Google and I loved the whole collection, they have some really nice tiles here… I got hand painted border tiles, they are very pleasing to the eye and the owner offered us a very nice discount, it was not an incentive for my blog article but I have featured them in my renovation post. Thanks to them I was finally able to finish my bathroom’s work, the tiles can easily amplify the whole space because of their unique & quaint charm. I can now proudly share the images on Pinterest too because the tiles are super cute!
