1. Roads in old colonies are very narrow & U find it more narrowed due to uncovered drainage.
2. House Walls have lot of water seepage. Even terrace required rework after 4-5 years.
3. If any partner(coloniser) also have home in your colony , Parks/open space would be acquired for personal usage by them nd builder would not have much say.
4. Maintainance happens but mostly depend on individual who working as manager.
You can verify quality of existing homes as it's more on farm land - think about it. Rest all are ok
